Women who are not assessed for flat nipples before delivery!  I have been
suggesting to our OB's to re-asses mom's around 7 - 8 months and to teach
mom's "pinch test". If mom's are assessed at 3 months and nipples are fine,
it doesn't mean they're in the clear.
