Thank you so much--this list is amazing.  I am finding that the issue is, as
usual, "isn't the breastmilk/feeding of greater value than the harm of
usually small amounts of medication," and no studies to provide data on
safety.
So, the drug info resources are reluctant to give an unqualified "yes, it's
safe," and the BF advocates are unwilling to give up the milk.  So, it isn't
really about a particular medication, as I had initially thought, but more
about the big picture, and each baby's condition.  I have to say that I am
on the side of the sicker the baby, the more they need breastmilk.
