I have noticed a tendency in my Asian patients for the breasts to be =

Dear Friends:
I recently had a conversation with a LC who works with a large population
of Korean women. She was lamenting the fact that many of her clients will
not breastfeed in the hospital, although they will exclusively breastfeed once
Lactogenesis II has started. This is because of a negative view of colostrum.
She noted that her clients had small breasts and very long nipples, and that
there was never any problem with nipple confusion.
