I seem to remember some discussion about the use of prozac with the
breastfeeding mother some time ago but do not remember the specifics.  I have
the sense that it can be used.  What is the current recommendations for the use
of prozac in a mother < 3 months postpartum?  One of our midwives requested
information from me.  I referenced both Hale (thanx, Tom) and Lawrence but
wonder if there is more current thought/practice.
