What an excellent point!  Though I would not say this directly to a formula
feeding family:

Artificial feeding is a method of dumbing down.  Someone posted a couple of
years ago that their daughter did an verbal survey in senior year high
school as to who the real brainy students were in their class and they all
turned out to be breastfed.
