One always has to ask that. The more we ask it the more it
is taken seriously and the more researchers, institutions
and funders have to grapple with this issue. It is a tough
one,with arguments on all sides, but in the meantime, we're
just beginning to ask the question. I think it *must* be
placed on the ethics agenda of universities, journals,
professional organizations etc. etc.
