Been kind of busy with family needs and new job but wonder if some of my good
friends can help me with a little project. I'm trying to come up with a nice
phone contact "log" for follow up calls within a few days of discharge. I
used to have a nice one that was adapted from another place that I worked,
but wouldn't you know that I can't find a copy of either one. Does anyone
have ideas to share? I'm looking through all my LLL resources, have a
Leader's Log sheet from Canada that seems pretty good but would like some
input.
