I am wondering if anyone has advice about starting a bf clinic for moms
to attend ,3-5 days postpartum as part of the hospital lactation program
.It would serve many purposes, I think....ie: help for moms, weight
checks on baby, getting more moms in at a crucial point to prevent
problems, promoting our Lactation Center as well as our hospital,
etc, etc. I am concerned about the documentation, any ideas????? Have
others done this and if so, what problems should we anticipate???
I am an LC in a hospital that does @ 70ish deliveries/month. We have a
space and do retail sales and rentals already. This is my first attempt
to ask anything on Lactnet, so I hope I'm doing it right!!
Thanks in advance and feel free to contact me at:[log in to unmask]
