JHL 2018, Vol 34(3) Do Breast Implants influence breastfeeding? A meta-analysis of comparative studies.
Most articles from the 90's. Most of the articles deal with insufficient lactation, others discuss possible side effects of silicone into breast milk. But I didn't see anything specific about proof that implants cause disease in mother or infant.  Just a lot of panic in the 90's. One article (1997) concluded that" there is no convincing evidence to date of any systemic disorder that can be attributed to the silicone." Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Vol.100(5) by Garry S.Brody, MD .
Then the articles rapidly decline with one each in 2003,  2004, 2004,  2007, 2014,  2015.
I think a logical place to find more recent up-to-date information on evidence of implant substances getting into breast milk is the FDA.
