Judy, I don't know the MD's name.  Ginny Silver, are you there?  Would you be
willing to dig this up?  It would have been a LLL/AZ conf in 83 - 85?
Otherwise, Judy, I would use it and attribute it to a wonderful family
doctor. . .
I believe that's why he shared the information, so that other's could use it
to help parents resolve disappointing or difficult births, and help them get
on with loving their baby.  I'm sure he would be thrilled to find it's being
used in Israel!
