I have used GSE and find that when it dries it leaves a sort of film that can flake.

Subject: flaking nipples, GSE and thrush

Permission to post. I have a mother who is treating her thrush for the past 3 days with grapefruit seed extract and is now noting that her nipples and areolas are flaking. She is not having any pain associated with this. She was wondering if this was associated with the GSE.  I am not as familiar with GSE to know if this is a result of its usage. TIA.
