Just this last Sunday, after our LCAGW mtg where Diana West spoke about BFAR
(really fabulous presentation - she had us enthralled!) at our after mtg
dinner, we had this same discussion during the course of the evening, and the above
interpretation by Liz is what I thought before and after our dinner
disussion.

In the hospitals where I work it is routine to get written permission and
send/fax a report to the PHCP.

ie; if it is a baby issue report goes to ped, if a mommie issue report goes
to ob, may go to both, more than those two prn.......

...they read and sign permission to report ...It is very rare in my
experience for moms to voice questions or concerns about this report.

Still, I am curious as to the answers to some of Jan B's recently posted
questions, and different work situations may make this issue more confusing.

Hopefully we will get a report/opinion on LN after this weeks IBLCE's mtgs.
