Elaine, a great place to start is the June issue of the Journal of Human
Lactation. Pam Wiggins has written up a case history of a seriously ill
adult whose healing was facilitated by the introduction of breastmilk.

I know that there have been other stories on Lactnet of breastmilk aiding
in the healing of adults. I'll try to find them. There was one about a 13
year old girl with Crohn's Disease whose illness was arrested by her aunt's
breastmilk.

I hope others on the list will share their stories.
