One brief correction of Kathryn Dettwyler's great suggestion about checking
the LACTNET Archives before asking for info on whatever topic is the
burning issue you are dealing with:

LACTNET began in March 1995, not 1996.  That makes us more than 3 years of
on-line time and discussions.

Check the WELCOME message for information about how to access the archives
both from email and from our web site.  Doing so BEFORE asking for more
information will bring you up-to-date quickly AND enable you to ask a more
specific question, which will increase the likelihood that you will gain
the latest information that is truly relevant to your concerns....
