You can contact the FDA at 
http://www.fda.gov/AboutFDA/CentersOffices/CFSAN/ContactCFSAN/default.htm. 
This is the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition. You can 
contact the Federal Trade Commission at www.FTC.gov and register a 
complaint about how the labeling of RestFull does not tell consumers 
that it is the exact same formula as Enfamil AR, nor does the label say 
anything about the hazards of causing young babies to sleep deeply and 
longer during the night. Hundreds of letters to both agencies would 
help get this issue in front of government regulators.
