Well....mom has the right to pump in the rest room (ugh) where her activity 
will be much more public, or they can let her use a corner in the nurse's 
office.  I haven't had any trouble calling ahead and talking with the school 
nurse to get approval.  The benefits are a healthier baby whose mom misses 
less days and will probably graduate.  Their stand makes mom a victim if she 
doesn't go to school or the baby a victim if s/he doesn't get breast milk.
Another thought, can she get a GED?  (This is a test in NJ that completes 
high school.  They have night classes for it or you can try  it without 
prep.)
I'd go public to the papers...
