Dear all, thank you for the wonderful answers to the situation/case
study about the petite child. I am passing on your suggestions and
comments to the mother, and she is finding them very helpful.  Thank you
to all.

I will be away from now until Monday night...with my daughter Sally, who
is 12, ...a violinist in the Suzuki Youth Orchestra of America for the
weekend.  Anyone in Minneapolis? I will be at the Minneapolis Hilton all
weekend...with Sally.  If anyone wants to call me there, I'll be around!
