Thanks to the hard work of Brazilians, Ross is eliminating the teddy bear from the labels of formula sold there, and Mead Johnson is eliminating the rabbit family from theirs.
So, if the new labels in Brazil omit these creatures, then the same companies can be required to omit them elsewhere without claiming that they are being denied use of an essential symbol. 
Good for the Brazilians -- they give us all hope!
