 For conversion rates I usually set up a ratio with a
known equivalent and then solve for the unknown. In
this case 90mg/dl = 5 mmol/L as reported in Dimension
Clinical chemistry systems, that converts to
6mmol/L = 108mg/dl
7mmol/L = 126mg/dl
8mmol/L = 144mg/dl
