I just wanted to thank the many, many wonderful people in this community who
have written to me, both publicly and privately with advice on how to tackle
the hospital giants.  I am putting together a binder of information so that
I can educate and prepare myself better to address the "powers that be".  It
is a daunting task, but one that needs to be embarked on.  I appreciate all
of the advice, words of wisdom, suggestions, and studies that have been sent
my way.  What a wealth of information!!
