Dear Jessica and all,
    There is a wide elastic band to wear around the lower abdomen and
pelvic region during pregnancy.  It worked wonders for me.  It can be
purchased at Penney's, maybe Sears, and at specialty mother/baby stores.

      I would like to ask the physical therapist for the references on
his position.
