Hi Susie

I am sad that formula of any sort would be a big part of an emergency 
birthing kit.  You need to send the powers-that-be to 
www.worldbreastfeedingweek.org or download the current year's action folder 
for them, on infant feeding in emergencies.

I liked this quote from the material:
"Emergency preparedness is vital. Supporting breastfeeding in non-emergency 
settings will strengthen mothers’ capacity to cope in an emergency."
