Aren't most people on Lactnet members of ILCA (the International
Lactation Consultant Assn) and get JHL on a quarterly basis? It is worth
it folks - if your are interested in breastfeeding whether you are
officially an LC or not. Maybe you could at least get your organizations
(hospital libraries or university libraries) to add the Journal of Human
Lactation to their periodicals.

There is a review of the literature by Marsha Walker on this very subject
in the most recent JHL.
