AAARRRGGGHHHH, just reading through my december issue of Good Housekeeping
and found an add with Brooke Shields advertising for Bright Beginnings Infant
Formula, will it never end??
On the issue of the sterile water containers I do not understand why the
hospital purchasing people are not standing up and fighting back with the
formula companies about paying for water bottles in exchange for all the free
marketing we do anyway for them, and I know in my hospital that aspect will never
change. My ideal response would be to then say, "fine, we don't want your
formula, we will not advertise for you and if parents are going to formula feed
they will be responsible for bringing it in and preparing it for their infants,
and any that we for some reason need to have on hand we should purchase. In my
dreams Sherry Weersing RNC
