My take on this is that there are ANTIBODIES / IMMUNITIES in breastmilk
always, but that colostrum does not persist beyond the early time. At some
point it becomes transitional and then mature milk, not exactly the same for
everyone and it is a gradual process not a discrete one, but I do not
believe colostrum (a unique form of mammalian milk in the early days) is
ALWAYS in breastmilk.
