   i seem to have sent the first part without finishing...

   first attempt:  with baby at breast he/she is willing to feed at, slide
the baby over to the other breast...DO NOT pick baby up and turn over.  this
sometimes works as some babies ate positionally sensitive and do fine untill
moved....

   along with this, you can try to have mom form a more errect nipple by
pulling breasttissue back...barb heiser has a good written piece of how this
works...

    this is a place where you might want to try a shield to asssit with teat
formation...
