Hello!

I have permission to post.

A patient who recently delivered suffered terrible nipple pain and damage
from tongue-tie issues. Tongue was tied to the very tip, very tight, and
blanched when the baby opened her mouth or cried. A Pedi ENT evaluated and
clipped the tongue. Breastfeeding is better, but still not great.

What exercises are helpful? Mom was taught "tug-of-war" and basic suck
training, deep asymmetric latch. What else might help?

Thanks!
