Well, I feel like a broken record here, because I know I have posted about
this resource many times on Lactnet, but maybe I am the only one who is so
enthralled with my posts that I recall each one clearly and dearly .....

Run, don't walk, to the free download of Lo & Fields' excellent treatise on
conflicts of interest and medical education, esp. chap 5:
