I have a problem and was wondering if any of you have experienced this
and if you have any ideas on how to solve it.

I am an RN and IBCLC and function as both in the same hospital.
I have certain hours that I am scheduled an RN and certain ones as LC ,
the problem is that the staff nurses often save bf "problems" for me
like I have a magic wand to wave over the babes and make them suck, Im
good but not that good , heheheh.
They even go as far as to tell the mom, well wait till Cindy gets here,
shes the LC and she can help you and they dont offer the mom much
support and info on the basics. I am already planning a bf basic
inservice. What else can I do to help the moms and babes?

Wondering...... why is this always a struggle?

Cindy
