Two treatments for cracked nipples that I suggest and have found effective
are hydrogen peroxide x 3-4 daily (apply with a q-tip - *drip* it into the
cracked, sore area) and saline soaks 3-4 x (mix half teaspoon salt in 2 cups
warm water, dunk nipple in for a few mins.) With both treatments, rinse off
with plain warm water.

These treatments do not produce results if the soreness etc is caused  by
thrush, however the saline soaks are soothing. The white blister and hx of
mastitis and antibiotics suggests thrush which may be secondary to the
original cracked nipples.  This mother deserves a medal for hanging in so
long.
