I once had a mother who had bilateral Wilms tumor as a child. She was
wondering about her ability to breastfeed. SHe had had extensive radiation
therapy.

My neighbor, who is a radiation therapy MD, told me that an xray is like a
drop of water, and that radiation to kill Wilms tumor, is like Niagara
falls. Now, I am sure that the effect on bf for this Hodgekins mother
depends on the dose, length of exposure, etc...I would consult a radiation MD.
