Just read a very alarming article re: MRSA transmitted by breast milk with
one of a quad set dying from the MRSA :-(   Pediatric News Vol. 39, No. 3,
page 12.

same issue had a positive article on anti HIV drugs being present in breast
milk.  "It is believed that maternal antiretroviral therapy decreases the
risk of transmission to breastfeeding infants by reducing the virus levels
in the mother's breast milk."  This was a report on a study in Botswana.
