I think the most important thing to say about these devices is that NONE of
them is worth a d--- without skilled help.
First, give the skilled help.  Then, when the skilled helper considers the
need to be pressing, use of an aid BY THE SKILLED HELPER.  (not yelling,
just speaking v-e-r-y c-l-e-a-r-l-y)
Would anyone do a talk on obstetric aids and expect to have prepared all
listeners to be able to apply outlet forceps, after a one hour talk?
