Hi all:

Make no mistake--I am all for antepartum classes, but I think too many health
professionals depend on them too much. I'm for driver's ed too, but being in
class sure was different than being behind the wheel those first times. I
still needed instruction, demonstration and encouragement from someone who
knew what to do and could show me (in person) how to do it. It also took
awhile before I felt comfortable behind the wheel and I still have to adapt
my expectations and way of doing things with each change of cars.
