I invite you all to visit the Nestles page at www.nestles.com and check it
out for the way it "abides" by the code.

Since the internet is boundaryless, and reaches all people, even in
developing countries, it is my opinion that you should visit that page
yourselves and see if you think that the Code is being adhered to.   And,
the US has chosen to sign onto the Code. Why do they think that the Code
applies only to developing countries? Am I mistaken on this?

I believe it applies to the Marketing everywhere, even in "progressive
industrialized" countries.
