There are a lot of uncharted waters here, and there are different kinds of
markers and navigating channels in different countries with different
systems (or lack thereof) for health and nutritional services.  Naomi's post
is a good run-down of the various issues in operation, particularly in the
US.

I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome a new subscriber as of today,
the CEO of Prolacta Elena Medo.  I hope she will participate actively in the
discussion, to respond to the concerns raised here about various aspects of
her business concept.
