To Jay, Linda and others whose children have said interesting things in
the store about infant feeding, I, too, have an outspoken child.  My
favorite story is the day we were in the store with him and his friend who
was coming over for dinner for the first time. At the time, my son was
about seven. His friend, as it turned out, was an incredibly picky eater.
After several bouts of  trying to discover  *something* Cliff, the
friend, liked, my son became really impatient. I knew he had had it when
he turned around in the middle of the aisle and asked his friend loudly,
"What is the matter with you, Cliff? Were you bottlefed or something?"

I swear, I have no idea how the topic came up.....
