One thing that comes to mind for me is that the room NOT be a closet. Now
those of you who don't work in a hospital may think that's a stupid thing to
say, but I've seen plenty of managers working out of a closet. It makes me
very claustrophobic! I/ve also seen a pump room that was very, very narrow -
thus allowing two rooms to be placed in what was one room. The pump room of
course did not get a window. Again - claustrophobic!
So I would take space into at least some account. The rest doesn't matter
all that much to me although certainly running water is a very good thing!
And a sound system or TV wouldn't be bad either - many people relax well
that way. Maybe a subscription to Mothering and New Beginnings (LLL) too!
