Betty some suggestions
Look at CDC -  MMWR always a lot of infection infor there. (Morbidity and Mortality weekly report) You can access it online.
Look at AAP's Breastfeeding and Use of Human milk
Look at Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine

Sorry I don't have time to research with you as I am in the midst of stuff for work as well.
