I posted last week about a 34-week baby who was reacting with severe gas
pains to the iron supplement he was taking.  I had suggested before that
mom ask for a hemocracrit. She told the ped. how bad the baby was reacting
and asked strongly again for a test.  He did it, and baby has normal
hemoglobin.

They will watch him through the year.  He is one happy little guy now.
