I'm dealing with a mum who is very unhappy about being pregnant so quickly
again (her baby is 7 mo and she's 2 months pregnant).  She is noticing milk
supply problems but is reluctant to supplement.  Is domperidone at all an
option, or would this compromise the pregnancy?  Would it even work to
increase the milk supply at this point?  Hale doesn't mention what the risk
is for pregnant mums.
