The $85,000 quoted by the purchasing department to buy infant formula in a
hospital starting on the path to Baby Friendly for the number of deliveries
for that particular hospital is way off base. It was probably generated by
the formula companies! You can calculate the amount of formula you will
need to purchase by:

1. Following the suggestions provided by Baby Friendly USA. See
