To Kathy and others concerned about domperidone:
I was doing a little searching on the net, thinking about
Terbutaline and Cytotec. Terbutaline, for a long time wasn't
indicated for stopping contractions, but was prescribed widely
by Ob's. Cytotec still doesn't have the indication for labor induction/
enhancement, however, it is still WIDELY used. So once a drug is FDA
approved, providers can prescribe them for off label uses.
This argument won't really help because domperidone is not FDA
approved for something else.

I came across this on the FDA website and thought I'd post it.
maybe in some way, it might help the fight.

Good luck Kathy!
