Let them stay.  They should hear something besides the party line.
Maybe even one or two will have second thoughts about what they do.  I
do telemedicine conferences.  Mead Johnson has lurked at least once.

They already have most of the information that is on Lactnet.  True,
there is lots of stuff on Lactnet that could be useful for marketing.
But open forum of ideas.  I think those that are there, however, should
express their opinions and not just lurk.  We could then respond to
their arguments.  Express them directly, oh formula reps, and we can
discuss issues.
