Good Morning-
I have been contacted by a woman with Sjogren's Syndrome. She is 20 weeks along and is seeking my guidance in preparing for breastfeeding.  She has an 18 month old that she bf but with low milk supply.  Her questions/concerns were in regards to milk volume.  As I am unfamiliar with this syndrome I did an online search with few results.  The last posted on LACTNET was 2006.  I'm hoping there may be some of you that have encountered this but have not posted - TIA for you help-
