There is an intereting article in a past issue of JHL : 1994, 10(4),
p.267-68. Scabicides and pediculicides and breastfeeding. AK Martin and CA
Stoukides.
In brief, best choice : pyrethrins and piperonyl butoxide
Can be used : malathion and benzyl benzoate
Contraindicaited : lindane
Not as "natural" than butter or vaseline, I fear. But hope this help.
