Yes, Ann; you are correct regarding continuing Prozac pp.
It does usually take about 4 weeks for the SSRIs to "kick in."
Probably one could begin titrating up Zoloft while titrating down Prozac.
The problem is that while the Prozac controlled the mother's depression, one
takes the risk that the Zoloft will not.  That is what needs to be weighed
in the breastfeeding equation.
