I don't know how Victoria's Secret is about allowing breastfeeding in
their store and I know they don't sell nursing bras but I have had
several patients who are breastfeeding and employed by the Victoria's
Secret in this community and they report that it's a VERY supportive
work place for breastfeeding moms.

We got a patient complaint (actually it was a patient's husband who
complained) about a staff nurse who was nursing her one year old at the
OB nurses station. It was busy, she couldn't leave the area, he needed
to nurse and nothing was exposed. We decided not to respond and not to
change our policy. If an OB unit isn't breastfeeding friendly, who will
be?

Let the refining and improving of your own life leave you so busy that
you have little time to criticize others.

I don't shop there, although I hear some of their underwear is
comfortable.
But, lets be real here, they are not about seeing breasts as organs to
feed babies. But I agree that a boycott would only be reactive, and
only effective if the organization had an official policy not to allow
breastfeeding. If that were a reason to boycott, I'd have to boycott my
own place of work (where I got a hysterical call one time from a
receptionist about an "older" woman who was actually breastfeeding in
our waiting area - its an OB clinic!). We responded with education.
