Annelies,
Moclobemide is a well used drug in Australia. It is not mentioned in Hale,
I presume because it is not marketed in the USA. It is used in Australia in
post-partum breastfeeding women. It is the subject of a large trial here
for postnatal depression. Less than 1% appears in the breastmilk and it is
not thought to be hazardous to the breastfeeding infant. The reference is
