Don't know much about celebrities who were breastfed, but I do know about breastfeeding celebrities.

Madonna: spoke often & highly of nursing Lourdes & Rocco, though I think she nursed Lourdes longer
Halle Berry swears it is the nursing that helped her get her figure back, and if you've seen her in Swordfish, it's
back..
Then of course there's Pierce Brosnan's wife, who was on the cover of  the store-shelf Redbook nursing her child
(subscribers got a different photo, as the mag feared negative publicity), which touched off all that controversy.
Also, it's almost a competition among female newswomen about "when I almost leaked all over my dress at the
Emmys/Oscars/etc. because I was bfing. Katie Couric occasionally shares giggles with other tv newsanchor moms about
this.
Someone who went to interview Kelly Preston was surprised to find her answering the door barefoot, disheveled,
peaceful and nursing. And then he wrote highly of her being such a happy
'earth mama.'
Last, I have it on very good authority that Celine Dion at least initiated breastfeeding.
And I learned all of this (except the Celine Dion bit) watching Entertainment Tonight or Oprah or reading People
magazine, because that's how smart people go slumming.
